SpongeFish Raises $2 Million First Round For, Get This, How-To Video
This area was feeling crowded a few fundings ago… but SpongeFish, an SF-based how-to video site, has raised a $2 million first round according to VentureWire (via VentureBeat). In addition to video, the site is offering other forms of how-to content, like documents. It’s also looking to remunerate contributors by offering rewards points or “coins”, which can be redeemed for prizes.
