Resume Search Startup TalentSpring Raises $1.6 Million

TalentSpring, a semantic-search startup that lets recruiters identify potential job candidates on social-networking sites and job boards by scanning for their qualifications, has raised $1.6 million. Investors include Second Avenue Partners. The company is testing its service, and expects to go live with it in May.
