The Hachette Reorg Continues: All Roads Lead to Guelton

On the heels of restructuring its women’s magazine division into three groups, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. (HFM U.S.) has created a new corporate development and strategic planning group; EVP and COO Philippe Guelton will oversee the unit, which encompasses digital media, corporate sales & marketing, and infrastructure operations like IT. HFM U.S. President and CEO Alain Lemarchand said the newly created women’s brands will benefit from more “efficient and responsive operational support” that the consolidated unit can provide. Release.
