UK Ad Network Adconion Buys Frontline Direct For $20 Million

Barely a week after securing an $80 million funding round, London-based ad network Adconion has just spent $20 million to buy Las Vegas-based direct marketer Frontline Direct. The $20 million is in cash and equity. One of the main goals of its recent funding was to help Adconion expand its U.S. presence. The company, which was founded in 2005, currently has offices in New York City and Santa Monica. It’s about to open a new office in San Diego as well. Apart from acquisitions, Adconion said it wants to use the recent cash infusion to develop new technology. Release
