VideoEgg, the San Francisco-based online video tools provider, has raised $3.48 million in additional third round funding from an undisclosed investor based in Luxembourg, according to a regulatory filing, picked up by PEHub...not sure if this is the same as the investment from WPP Digital, announced earlier last month. Last year the company announced $12 million in third round.
