CEO Eric Schmidt provided some broad thoughts during appearances this afternoon on CNBC and Fox Business. The bottom line, according to Schmidt: “This is about building out a platform with millions of people ... When you have millions of people using something there are plenty of ways to make money from it.” Schmidt said there was a particular opportunity in targeted TV ads via the platform.
