White Labeler OneSite Acquires Social Platform
Oklahoma City-based OneSite, a provider of white label social networking services, has acquired Social Platform, an LA-based provider of similar services. The deal represents some consolidation in a space that’s seen a proliferation of players, including KickApps, Ning and others. The company says the deal is designed to expand its presence on the West coast. OneSite claims to have done $5 million in revenue in 2007. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Release.
