WMG, Bertelsmann Settle Napster Suit For $110 Million

EMI settled its Napster suit with Bertelsmann last month; now it’s Warner Music Group’s turn.  WMG gets $110 million (for some obscure reason, that’s not in the terse release, only the SEC filing) while Bertelsmann avoids admitting liability. The EMI payoff wasn’t released; Universal got $61 million last year.
