Yahoo will acquire substantially all of the assets of Tensa Kft., more commonly known as IndexTools, a provider of web analytics for online marketers. IndexTools is a privately held company hailing from Budapest, Hungary, with offices in New York. Its offerings will be specifically targeted towards small-to-medium sized businesses advertising on Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO). Services include a keyword bid management system, that works with multiple ad platforms, as well as a more general web data analytics package. Founded in 2000, IndexTools claims to be completely self funded, and to be growing 100 percent year-over-year, though their revenue is not stated. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Release.
