Baidu Rival Zhongsou to Acquire Classfied Portal, Seeks Listing
This we missed last week: Zhongsou.com, a local rival to China’s search firm Baidu.com, is in the final stages of talks to acquire online classifieds portal Ccoo.cn, reports Reuters. Zhongsou—whose shareholders include Legend Capital and IDG—is hoping for an IPO in 2007.
