NBCU sports czar Dick Ebersol said he isn’t ready yet for a “hard announcment” but “we’ll be in a position to live-stream between 800 and 1,000 hours of coverage in addition to 800 hours on cable and 200 hours on the network.” Yet to be decided—subscription or ad-supported (I’m betting we wind up with a mix) and how/where those streams will be delivered. Some events could even go to another media company.
