And another blog search engine Technorati has raised $7.6 million in its third round of funding, according to an SEC filing, picked up by PE Week Wire. The funding is from return backers like DFJ and Mobius Venture Capital. This B2.0 blog post says this values the company at $12 million, but that can’t be true, right? Scratch that..the B2.0 post is from 2004..not sure how I picked it up..the funding news stands, though.
Also in the PE Week Wire, some hints about HuffingtonPost.com finishing up its first institutional round of VC funding later this summer. Expect the initial raise to be $5 million, with more to come, says the wire.
