Casual Gaming Company Oberon Media Secures Financing

Oberon Media, an NYC-based casual games company, has secured mezzanine financing from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Oak Investment Partners and existing investors including Capricorn Management, the investment firm of Jeff Skoll, eBay’s first president.
The investment will be used for growth and acquisitions in the casual games space. Oberon Media offers games in 14 languages and 200 countries, claims a statement. Oberon, founded in 2003, makes games for all platforms including mobile, PC, web-based, and console.
