CBS CEO Les Moonves continues his search for new revenue streams by suing Howard Stern, the former radio star’s agent and the satellite radio company that made them both rich. The lawsuit filed Tuesday in New York State Supreme Court accuses Stern et al of “multiple breaches of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment and misappropriation of CBS Radio’s broadcast time.” The suit also claims Stern concealed the part of his agreement with Sirius that gave him 34 million sahres of stock if he brought a certain number of subscribers to Sirius. Now CBS wants the payoff from the acceleration clause.
