ContextWeb Raises $9 Million Second Round

ContextWeb, an NYC-based contextual advertising company, has raised $9 million in second round funding, led by Updata Partners. This round of funding, combined with an initial round led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson Gotham Ventures, brings ContextWeb’s total equity investment to date to more than $12 million.

ContextWeb will use the expand its contextual advertising solution ContextAd.
