Entertainment Search Engine BiggerBoat Receives $2.5 Million Funding
LA-based entertainment search engine BiggerBoat has received $2.5 million in its second round of funding. The round included new investor Draper Associates and an investment by Tim Draper. Other investors in the round include existing investors Zone Ventures and First Round Capital.
SoCalTech reports that BiggerBoat is now working with publishers who are using the firm’s technology to drive comparison shopping and other features, and is both growing its consumer destination sites and services for publishers.
