Did I miss something here? The release above announced the closure of the agreement, but I can’t seem to find any announcement about the initial buyout itself. Maybe this is the first time..

Anyway, the news: ClickDiario.com, a Hispanic-focused online portal and network company, has been bought out by Japanese Internet giant Livedoor Co. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ClickDiario’s network consists of over 30 vertical websites which are visited by over 45 million unique users per month, the companies said. The company’s main websites include portals such as Deportes.com (Sports), Salud.com (Health), Mujer.com (Women), Mascotas.com (Pets), Boletines.com (Newsletters), Dietas.com (Diets), and Tarjetas.com (Greeting Cards), among others.
