Simon Kenny has been tapped president of Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, a unit housed within recently created Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group (WBHEG). Kenny will oversee the electronic distribution of the company’s content over such platforms as PPV, electronic sell-through, VOD and wireless. Kenny also will be charged with managing Warner’s worldwide digital strategy.

Previously, Kenny served as executive VP of Europe at Warner Bros. International Television Distribution.

Also under WBHEG are the game-focused Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Warner Bros. Technical Operations and Warner Bros. Anti-Piracy Operations.
