Journal Register Joins Google Print Ad Program
Journal Register is the latest company to join the Google Print Ad program currently being tested. The company’s flagship New Haven Register will take part in the program, which allows current Google advertisers to buy print ads. Journal Register describes this as creating “a new online marketing channel.” The company also is one of the founding members of the newspaper consortium that announced a comprehensive deal with Yahoo last month.
