ManiaTV’s $4.6 Million Venture Funding

ManiaTV, the Denver, CO-based online TV network aimed at the hyper-tasking young generation, received $4.6 million first round funding in November last year..and I completely missed it. The company didn’t announce it, but better late than never, since we try for completeness in our venture funding database. The funding was led by Angeleno Venture and Benchmark Capital.

A year down the line, the site is now produced by 75 employees and interns in a 15,000-square-foot warehouse, as this Newsweek.com story says. A good overview of the company’s ambitions. Expect them to get snapped up soon…I could see it integrated within the MySpace network.
