Moviebeam Drops Box Prices in Promo

Moviebeam, the newly independent version of it outside of its disastrous adventure within Disney, has dropped its prices again. The box was originally priced at $249 plus $30 activation, and was dropped to $199 without an activation fee about a month into sales.
Now, still trying to figure out whether a dedicated movie box will work, it is dropping prices for a special blog promo price of $49. Does that mean anything in terms of its chances? Not sure, but would be interesting to find out the subscriber numbers…
