Sounds like a PR ploy more than anything else, but interesting nonetheless: MSNBC.com has hired Todd Herman, the founder of theDial (sold later to Loudeye), as streaming evangelist…Herman will be “evangelizing” streaming media on behalf of the site with potential advertisers…
