Red Swoosh Gets $1.73 Million

That’s according to an SEC filing, picked up by PE Week Wire. Red Swoosh, a P2P technology and delivery firm, has raised around $1.73 million in first round funding. Backers include August Capital and Radical Investments.

Mark Cuban also has some seed investment in the company and launched an HD download service trial last year.
