Reunion.com, a Classmates.com clone, has bought online address book firm MyAddressBook.com. The acquisition relates to a settlement that resolved a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Reunion.com earlier this year in which My Address Book “acknowledged that aspects of its services infringed Reunion.com’s patent rights”.
Reunion.com was launched in 2002…investors include Richard Rosenblatt, former CEO of Intermix Media, Steve Newman, former president of GreatDomains.com and Andy Mazzarella, former CFO of iMall.
