Yandex, the big search and portal service in Russia, has bought out local business social network MoiKrug.ru. This story says the deal is around $1.5 million. Yandex will integrate the service into existing services and vice versa.
Yandex’s recent acquisition is the company’s first serious deal not connected with internet search. More details in release.
