Snocap Receives $15 Million Third Round Funding

That’s according to an SEC filing, picked up by PE Week Wire. The P2P and online music ID firm founded by Napster founder Shawn Fanning, Snocap, has raised $15 million in third round funding.
Investors included Court Square Ventures, joined by return backers Morgenthaler Partners and WaldenVC.
