That’s according to an SEC filing picked up by PE Week Wire: The NewsMarket, a New York-based provider of Web-based video distribution services for the broadcast-media industry and the enterprise, has raised $10.65 million in thrd round of funding, according to a regulatory filing. Shareholders include Battery Ventures, Apax Partners, Ascend Ventures, Hearst Communications, a New York Small Business Venture Fund, Coastal Ventures, High Peaks Venture Partners and Softbank Capital Partners.
