Video Search and Sharing Site GoFish Goes Public On OTC Via Reverse Merger
This is the first video sharing site to go public: GoFish, a San Francisco based online video search and sharing company which has been around for some time, has gone public on the OTC board in a reverse merger. The company has also completed a $12 million private placement of common stock and warrants to a group of institutional and private investors. It plans to use the funds to strengthen its corporate infrastructure and product offerings.
GoFish was founded in 2003, and says it has 2.5 million unique users every month. Some more details here.
