Warner Bros. Takes 10 Percent Stake In Britsh Gaming Comany SCi Entertainment

Warner Bros Entertainment has bought a 10.3 percent stake in SCi Entertainment, the British computer games company behind Lara Croft - Tomb Raider, for about $87.5 million. Sci had also signed 11 licensing agreements with the US media group, under its Eidos publishing label, that will allow it to develop games based on the Batman comic books and Looney Tunes cartoon characters.
Warner Bros will provide primary distribution and media buying services to Eidos in the US. Some more details in the release here.
