Wicks’ Sports Group Buys Sports Sites StatFox and Head2Head

Media private equity group Wicks‘s sports division (called Sports Enthusiast Media) has bought out two sports sites StatFox and Head2Head Sports. Terms were not disclosed. SEM has already bought two other publications previously: Daily Racing Form and Sports Eye Publications.
StatFox covers sports stats, and Head2Head is about fantasy sports contests. Some more info in the release here.
