Yahoo has settled a copyright infringement suit with EMI Group relating to its Internet radio service, Launchcast… Yahoo will make a one-time payment to EMI. It said the two companies have reached into a non-exclusive license to stream EMI-controlled recordings in Launchcast globally.

Yahoo had previously reached similar settlements with Sony and Universal. The lawsuit with BMG is still pending.
