Shades of Barry Diller. Charlie Ergen is handing over the CEO and president roles of Dish Network (NSDQ: DISH) to Joseph Clayton, former CEO and chairman of Sirius (NSDQ: SIRI) Satellite Radio Inc. Clayton joins the board; Ergen remains chairman when the changeover takes place June 20.
