Dice Buys Out Vertical Jobs Site AllHealthcareJobs.com For $2.8 Million

Dice Holdings, the tech, finance and vertical jobs service, has bought out healthcare jobs site AllHealthcareJobs.com, for an initial cash consideration of $2.8 million, and 205,000 shares of the publicly traded company. Additionally, up to $1.0 million could be paid out depending on the performance over the next two years.…
