KIT Digital Shopping Spree Continues, Buys ioko365 For $91.4 Million

Online video services provider KIT Digital is paying $91.4 million for 100 percent of the stock in cloud-based content manager ioko365. This is KIT’s fifth acquisition this year and given that’s been on a fairly constant shopping spree for the last two years, it’s probably not the last.

KIT Digital Buys Polymedia For $34.4 Million

KIT Digital‘s long (and expensive) shopping spree continues: The online video services provider is paying $34.4 million to purchase Polymedia from Italian owner TXT e-solutions. KIT Digital says Polymedia counts major European telecom operators and media firms including Telecom Italia, Sky Germany, and Ericcson among its customers.

KIT Digital Buys Trio Of Firms, Including KickApps And Kewego

Online video services provider KIT Digital is continuing to roll-up other firms in its market. The Prague, Czech Republic-based company is paying $77.2 million to purchase three companies, KickApps, Kewego and Kyte, in moves it says will help it become a “one-stop shop” for corporations’ video needs.
