ZeniMax Media, the video game publisher behind titles including Doom and Fallout, has raised a huge $150 million round. The cash comes from Providence Equity Partners, which had already put $300 million into the company three years ago.

Cox Enterprises is selling 25 percent of its majority stake in auto sales site AutoTrader.com, to PE firm Providence Equity, for an undisclosed amount.
