Alltel Sued Over Content Billing
A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Alltel (NYSE: AT) accusing the carrier of “systematically, repeatedly and without authorization, billing its customers for purchases and services not agreed to by those customers” reports RCR News.
what was the out come of the trail? would kinda like to know because alltel is still doing it!!
i would check my balance after paying 20.00 to be added to my phone. the balance would show 9.95. celebrity square was taking my money. i would erase, but it would not stop. unless i used the word stop. so for months alltel let them take my money, and so did they in minutes.
