Buongiorno And Mitsui Form Marketing JV

Italian mobile company Buongiorno and Japanese company Mitsui have formed a joint venture for digital marketing, using the existing subsidiary Buongiorno Marketing Services Netherlands. Mitsui will invest 13.3 million euros (US$17.8 million) in buying new shares in the company, giving it a stake of 40 percent. Buongiorno has also transfered some local businesses in Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, the UK and the US to the company, and Buongiorno Marketing Services Netherlands recently bought HotSMS, and also Flytxt.
