I find it ironic that Comedy Central (Viacom) is suing you tube so they can have their own service, like the embedded video.
The ironic part is that video buffered out the entire time.
Note to Viacom: If you are going to really win this, you better have a product that is at least the same before you go suing and trying to offer your own service.
