2-Google doesn't have confidence in AOL Management
3-Google thinks Time Warner is going to cancel the spin off of the company
I have to say, it appears like awesome negotiating strategy by Microsoft on the AOL relationship, the MySpace relationship, and probably even the YouTube deal. Bid these babies up then let Google have them. Can you say "winner's curse"?
That being said, Microsoft may have gotten a taste of their own medicine with Verizon Mobile.
