Thanks for the coverage. You're right about the fact that we're not focussing on user-generated content right now, we want to be the best search engine first.
We'll likely introduce a couple of social elements in Q1 2009, but it's not the core of our offering, we're all about automation :)
Also, we don't employ editorial staff for inputting data at all. We do have a staff doing manual input of good sources of event information, after which the data is collected and structured automatically using our engine. Besides quality assurance, there's no editorial work to be done, which is the strength of our solution.

Robin, the Oxynade website homepage clearly has a flowchart indicating that "Editorial staff" input material from print in to the database.
