Regarding Bill Swanson's comment that "if there is any copyright infringement there is no way of knowing"–that used to be true. iCopyright has just announced our Discovery service, which locates infringed content anywhere on the Web and presents the copyright owner with a menu of remedial actions. We'll be rolling this out to our UK clients shortly. We hope The Independent will be the first to deploy it. Pirates: Beware!
