Industry Moves: Billing Revolution Appoints VP of BizDev; Thumbplay Adds Senior Designer

– Mobile payments and billing solutions company Billing Revolution has appointed Marc Saulino as VP of Business Development. Saulino comes from competitor Bango (AIM: BGO), where he played an integral role in the company’s North American business as its New Business Development Director. At Billling Revolution Saulion will oversee sales of the company
