Interpublic Buys Search Marketing Firm Reprise Media
The ad and marketing giant Interpublic has bought out search engine marketing firm Reprise Media. The NYC-based company will be part of Interpublic’s recently created Futures Marketing Group, and will remain a stand-alone unit that will partner with agencies throughout the holding company as well as seek out its own clients, the companies said. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
Reprise has clients such as Microsoft, USA Today, Harper Collins, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Castrol. More details in release.
