– UK operator O2 has sold out online of its stock of iPhones, with its web site crashing under the strain of punters flocking to get one, reports Reuters. Meanwhile, the UK independent mobile phone retailer Carphone Warehouse said interest in the upcoming iPhone is ten times that of the original version. Not to worry though, the operator as well as Carphone Warehouse and Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) has a stockpile of the phones for its retail shops for this Friday
