The content is available on the Spike Milligan website and is run by Rok Global Media according to The Register.

– Vtap: Sony (NYSE: SNE) Ericsson (NSDQ: ERIC) has added a Vtap button to its portal, which will give users access to videos from user-generated sites like YouTube, DailyMotion and MySpace. The Vtap button is run by Veveo, which claims to offer 150 million web videos reports C21 Media. Veveo has a similar deal with Motorola.
