NetPlay Buys Two Interactive Gaming Sites From Zed
Zed Worldwide, the UK-headquartered mobile gaming company, has sold off two of its gambling related mobile sites Venturygames.co.uk and Toucanwin.com, for 1 million pounds ($1.46 million) in stock. The buyer is another UK company, interactive gaming company Netplay TV Plc. The company will also purchase the UK mobile quiz business, “Grab a Grand” from Zed. Along with the deal, Netplay has inked exclusive two-year sales agreement with Zed to sell the former’s range of interactive gaming solutions to Zed’s 130 plus mobile network operator client base worldwide. NetPlay also signed a two-year sales agreement with Zed that allows Zed to sell NetPlay's interactive gaming services to its clients worldwide.
As part of the partnership, NetPlay will get access to the Zedmobile developers, enabling it to develop integrated mobile applications much quicker.
