This is the second part of an exclusive interview with former TRAI chairman Nripendra Misra that we did on his last day in office after three years of heading the country’s telecom and broadcasting regulator. In the first part that ran yesterday, he spoke about the regulator’s achievements during his tenure and the unfinished agenda.
