The New iPod: Coming Sep 5?
So the rumor has it, based on an event Apple (NYSE: AAPL) is doing on Sep 5th in San Francisco. Some speculation of what the new iPods could be, from Forbes: could include many of the features introduced with iPhone, such as a large, touch-sensitive display. And it could sport an aluminum skin, to better match the metal and glass sheathed iPhones and iMacs introduced over the past few months…And if Apple jams a Wi-Fi receiver into the device the new software could allow the iPod to include the ability to browse the Web and send and receive e-mail.
Apple's stock ticker is NASDAQ:AAPL. The APPL ticker is a common error.

Kenobi, the answer is no. I don't think I've ever gotten one. I have had legitimate calls though, and it's been useful. I'm also not "big potatoes" enough to have issues with volume. Heck, even Scoble has his cell on his blog, and he doesn't die from overuse.
