Virgin Comics Signs Up Actress Priyanka Chopra For Comics, Films, Games

After signing up cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, Virgin Comics has now signed up Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra for a new superhero character, for comics, live-action films, animation and games. A story is being developed, wherein an adopted girl discovers that she is the the latest in a line of princesses with great mystical power and a sworn duty to take down evil wherever it lurks. The series is expected to be launched in 2008.
