• Supervision and Packing of Equipment which needs to be dispatched to the regional office.
• One employee is supervising to make sure that every task is done in time properly and no hardware gets stuck in the dept.
• Every shipment, in or out, gets proper and in time attention & get logged.
• Deal with quires from the side offices (regions) and make contact with regions to obtain the proper fault info from the appropriate person.
• Collaborate with higher authorities to make or implement new rules or regulations concerning my dept.
